Our great team
Hazem Abdelrahman
Hazem is a director and the CEO & Chief Actuary at Equevu. Hazem has over 14 years of professional experience mainly focused on design and consulting with governments and companies on their pension and savings plans. Hazem is a Fellow Actuary from the Society of Actuaries (FSA) with a BA in Specialization in Statistics from Concordia University.
Safa Abdelrahman
Safa is a director and the Head of Finance & Operations at Equevu. Safa is a finance professional with more than 8 years of experience concentrating on corporate finance, valuation and business modeling, cash flow management, assurance services and funds of funds. Safa earned her MBA from the University of Oxford and is a CFA charter-holder and a member of the CFA Society Emirates.
Jihad El Salah
Jihad is a director and the Head of Commercial & Business Development at Equevu. Prior to that, Jihad was a senior actuary at Mercer UAE. He has worked across consulting areas such as pension plan design and valuation, asset management, and organizational transformation in North America and Middle-East. Jihad has completed his MBA from IE Business School, and is an Associate from the Society of Actuaries.
