Hazem is a director and the CEO & Chief Actuary at Equevu. Hazem has over 14 years of professional experience mainly focused on design and consulting with governments and companies on their pension and savings plans. Hazem is a Fellow Actuary from the Society of Actuaries (FSA) with a BA in Specialization in Statistics from Concordia University.

Jihad El Salah

Co-Founder & Director

Jihad is a director and the Head of Commercial & Business Development at Equevu. Prior to that, Jihad was a senior actuary at Mercer UAE. He has worked across consulting areas such as pension plan design and valuation, asset management, and organizational transformation in North America and Middle-East. Jihad has completed his MBA from IE Business School, and is an Associate from the Society of Actuaries.
